No Guarantee of Employment OutsourceX explicitly disclaims any guarantee, warranty, or representation that an applicant will receive a job offer, an interview, or any form of employment through our platform. Placement on our waitlist is a service provided for convenience and does not constitute an employment contract or a promise of future income.
3. Third-Party Interactions Any employment agreements or contracts arranged following a match through OutsourceX are strictly between the Applicant and the Hiring Company. OutsourceX is not responsible for employment terms, workplace conditions, salary payments, or the conduct of any third party.
4. Accuracy of Data OutsourceX does not independently verify the background, credentials, or claims of every applicant or company. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before entering into any professional agreement.
5. Service "As Is" Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OutsourceX shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our website or the inability of an applicant to secure a position.

1. Nature of Service OutsourceX acts as a digital bridge between independent talent and hiring companies. We maintain a database (Waitlist) of qualified applicants to be matched with specific company requirements as they arise.
2. No Guarantee of Placement Submission of an application does NOT guarantee employment, an interview, or a job offer. OutsourceX is a matching platform, not an employer. The selection of candidates is strictly dependent on current market demand and the specific criteria provided by hiring companies. Your position on the "Waitlist" is subject to change based on qualifications, availability, and employer preferences.
3. Accuracy of Information Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all information provided—including qualifications, experience, and contact details—is accurate and up-to-date. OutsourceX reserves the right to remove any applicant from the database if provided information is found to be misleading or fraudulent.
4. Data Privacy & Consent By filling out the Application Form, you grant OutsourceX permission to store your data in our secure database and share relevant professional details with potential hiring companies for the purpose of recruitment and matching.
5. Communication OutsourceX may contact you via phone, email, or SMS regarding job matches. However, being contacted does not constitute a final hiring decision.
6. Limitation of Liability OutsourceX shall not be held liable for any loss, disappointment, or damages resulting from an applicant’s inability to secure a position through the platform.
